Many people I’ve spoken with are navigating intense ups and downs as news stories flood in at a rapid pace. It's no surprise this time can bring stress in our families, with friends, or at work. It can stir up feelings like anger, disbelief, fear, and uncertainty, especially as political, social, and environmental issues dominate the headlines.
That’s why my friend Erica and I are offering two Meditation & Mindfulness Zoom sessions to help you find calm amidst the election storm.
What We’re Offering:
- Guided meditation, poetry, and storytelling
- Regulation tools to reduce stress and anxiety
- Practices to help you return to your center and reconnect with your body
This Is for You If:
- You’re feeling overwhelmed or anxious about the election
- You’re seeking ways to stay grounded and balanced during stressful times
- You want to connect with others who are navigating similar emotions
What We’re Not Offering:
- No discussions on political views, candidates, or issues
- This is not a space for judgment, blame, or shaming
- No “othering” or creating divisions—this is a space for unity and understanding
- We are not here to debate or convince anyone of a particular perspective
Our focus is on inner peace, emotional balance, and collective support.
